Yoga has been the biggest tune-up I've ever had. Years of neglecting my body added up to a lot of pain and injury, and forced me to take a good long look at the path I was on. Fortunately, I found this practice (or should I say it found me?) right at my turning point, and with the help of incredible teachers, asana, pranayama, and meditation I learned how to live more in attunement with my body and the world around me. I hope to share this same attunement with others, and in this spirit I continue to deepen my practice as a student and offer myself as a teacher.
My main goal as a teacher is to offer a practice that is refreshing, entertaining, educational, stress-free, and beneficial for as wide a variety of students as possible.
