I strive to create a class environment that makes you feel empowered and strong. I work to motivate and push my members to find that strength that they never thought was possible - and to see real results. 
 
As a working mom of two small children, I understand how hard it is to make exercise a part of our daily routine, but we have to for our sanity! To help my members stay dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, I want to make sure my classes will keep them coming back for more. I strive to always provide new choreography, fun music and clear instruction. If I can work with you to make fitness a daily part of your routine, then you WILL stay strongand you WILL stay healthy for tomorrow.
