My name is Peter Copa and i am a NASM certified personal trainer and former minor league baseball player from Boston.  I am a fitness enthusiast and love helping others.  I teach a wide variety of classes including: boot camp, tabata, strength and conditioning, women's strength, strong man, powerlifting, cardio and strength HIIT, kettle bells, core and abs, and more!  I have a passion for health and love working with people to achieve the goals they are all capable of.
