Along with 30 years of group exercise instructing experience, I have over 11 years of progressive experience in fitness center management and knowledge of the fitness and healthcare industries. I possess strong skills in the areas of management, program development, relationship building and training. I am passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals. I have many years experience working with older adult programming, Medicare health plans, and fitness center operations.
