First off, I'm a mother of 3 very handsome boys and am lucky enough to be able to stay home with them while they are young. This has also given me the time and flexiblility to go to the gym at least 5 days per week. Every time I have had a conversation with someone whether its at the gym or out and about, I have had the same reaction when I tell them I have 3 kids. "You have 3 kids????!!!" This is when I knew I wanted to inspire people. To make themselves a priority, to stay healthy, and to have fun! So what better place to start then group fitness?! I was first certified in X-Bike and started teaching at a local gym I was a member at first. This gym has been voted and ranked the best gym here in Sacramento. We hold the highest standards and quality in group fitness and our instructors are amoung the elite. Which I'm very honored and privleged to be a part of. Then moved on to Tabata bootcamp and Cycle. I love to meet new people and see our regular group fit people every week. I love seeing and hearing their success stories, and continue to inspire them to keep going even if they may not want to. Truly they inspire me to be on top of my game everytime I walk through the door.
