I started teaching group fitness in 2003 at Cory Eversons fitness for women. There I taught step, hi/lo floor aerobics, yoga, Pilates, abs, kickboxing, hip hop, and dance aerobics. Started competing in 2005 in Figure competitions. In 2006 I wanted to continue my education in nutrition and athletic training. I went to Shelton state and studied both while getting my wellness certificate. I began to personal train and continue group classes. I have a deep love for working out and helping people achieve their goals as well. It's the best job where I can combine my passion and make a living at the same time.
