Anna Knight

Am a fitness enthusiast who has been focusing on her full time career and does not have time to commit to any classes at this point on a regular basis, but I have many years of experience teaching and love teaching.  Am high energy, love people and love to bring the joy of life, fitness, and music to any setting.

Over the last few years, my favorite format of classes have been yoga, meditation so I am looking forward to sharing that passion
