We each only get one body, one chance, and time is the one thing you can’t make more of. Make your gym time count and have a good time while you’re there! So many people have a difficult time either finding an exercise program they like or sticking to one. It isn’t enough to join a gym if you don’t know what to do or how to use equipment. Qualified instructors can facilitate real change. The right type of class can be fun, challenging, and ADDICTIVE to the point that people will make it a priority to get there!
Lana Polchow is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. With 10+ years of music training and 3+ years of ballroom and dance experience, Zumba became her "gateway drug" into fun types of fitness activites in 2008 with no looking back. She currently teaches Piloxing and several Zumba formats (including Aqua, Toning, and Sentao). Lana is also a PADI certified scuba diver and had been a student of pole fitness for 3+ years.
