I have been in the fitness industry dedicated to coaching healthy living through exercise and nutrition for over 20 years.  Through all of the fads and trends that I have seen, I have consistently promoted a balanced approach to fitness.  The programs I develop provide balance both physically and mentally through the connection of mind, body and spirit. 

My instructional focus in yoga and personal training is to give a well-balanced, safety conscious program that is both challenging and approachable. By creating an environment that allows individuals to feel at ease, my clients and students are encouraged to reach their fitness, health and wellness goals.
