Faith De Coeur

Faith grew up in Richardson, TX. She attended college at The University of North Texas, where she graduated in 2002 with her BFA in metalsmithing and jewelry design. Although she loves creating with metal and stones, her real passion is health. Yoga became part of her routine in 2003 and after seeing it' profound affects on her own life, she decided to wanted to share this amazing gifts with others. She obtained her 200 hour yoga teaching certification from The College of Purna Yoga in 2008 and her 500 hour teaching certification in 2009. In order to help people build the habits required to live a healthy lifestyle, she became a health coach, receiving her certification through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013. Combining these two fields, she helps people make the changes needed for a healthier, happier life in sustainable ways that truly stick.

She currently lives in Bellevue, WA with her loving husband and teaches yoga at the YMCA in Bellevue and Coal Creek as well.
