After receiving a bachelors degree in Marine Science from Rider University I started working for a nonprofit specializing in envrionmental education. After that job ended due to funding I got my Zumba Fitness license in 2010. I held successful classes and continued to further my Zumba career by attending different Zumba licensing classes. In 2013 I attended the Zumba fitness Convention in Orlando where I successfully passed my AFAA exam and took more Zumba licenses. I am currently a stay at home mom teaching 8 Zumba classes a week of different formats. I will be receiving my Zumba Step license in March of 2014 and already have a Zumba Step class lined up for after.
My classes are very high energy, fun, fitness-oriented classes. I have also been told I'm very easy to follow and give excellent verbal and visual cues. Safety is a main concern for me so before any fitness-oriented routines are presented I make sure to show proper form for the moves.
