Synergy Movement is alignment based training and is rooted in the biomechanical intelligence of the kinetic lines of the body. The focus is in learning and understanding Yoga and Pilates movements based in anatomy, kinesiology and physiology.
Tamara’s style of yoga is Hatha Flow. Hatha, a yoga system of physical exercises and breathing control. Synchronized movement' is a series of poses that you will be asked to move through on either an exhale or an inhale.
Yoga's combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements brings health benefits with regular participation. Yoga participants report better sleep, increased energy levels and muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation and overall better general health. The breathing aspect of yoga can benefit heart rate and blood pressure.
