Samantha Curtis

Samantha Curtis teaches energizing, balancing and sweaty vinyasa yoga classes. She became deeply passionate about yoga when she realized how vital yoga and meditation were to her managing her anxiety and depression and what a crucial role they played in her recovery from an eating disorder. Through attention to breath and awareness Sam creates the space for her students to come home to their true selves so they can move through each posture and each moment with presence, love and freedom. Sam makes confidence, self-love and yoga available to every body type as she encourages honest work from her students and herself.

Sam’s teaching is inspired by Nicole Burrill, Jacqui Bonwell, Kate Graham, David Vendetti, Elyse Foster and Kourtney Hartmoyer. She completed her 200hr teacher training at Mukti Yoga School under the guidance of Jacqui Bonwell and Elyse Foster. Sam is also certified in Yoga Therapy through Soulful Yoga Therapy and also teaches children’s yoga classes.
