I am a small business owner teaching group fitness and personal training. I currently teach 21 fitness classes a week which include, Boot camp, crossfit syle classes, Tabata, TRX Suspension Training, Fitness for over 50 year olds, Parent & Baby Fitness, and running clinics (10km, half & full marathon).
I am certified with Can-Fit-Pro with my Personal Training and Group Fitness certifications. I also hold certificates in TRX Suspension Training and CrossFit Level1 Trainer.
Everytime I travel I always include my TRX Suspension Trainer. It is light weight and can attach right to a palm tree! I would love to teach a TRX class at a resort and would supply the TRX systems. They are great for any level of fitness as resistance is determined by bodyweight and angles of the user. I especially like using them with my older clients. They offer both a great strength and cardio workout as well as stretching.
I find teaching fitness very rewarding and am very passionate about helping others be healthy and feel great about them selves and reach their goals. Along with teaching fitness I like running and triathlon.
