For 25 years Hailey has utilized the breath as a way to connect the mind to the body as a body-centered psychotherapist, meditation teacher and energy body worker. She has created and facilitated many inspiring workshops, hosted a radio show, and shared her mind.body.spirit articles with thousands. Always focusing on taking the breath to the body, it was a natural flow for her to become a pilates student then a certified pilates teacher. Her areas of speciality are

If you ask Hailey how she feels about pilates she will reply, "I absolutely love assisting people with discovering how their minds connect with their bodies through pilates. I believe everyone can experience the joy of loving the body they are in regardless of the obstacles they face whether that be injury, excess weight or life set-backs. Pilates works around all obstacles and brings the body back into balance. Without having discovered pilates, my hips would ache, my lower back would be sore and I would weigh a great deal more. Pilates changed my life. I can't imagine living without it!"
