Jennifer Bernardo Bio
Jennifer Bernardo (a.k.a. JennyB) has worked in the fitness and wellness industry for more than a decade, after attaining a Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University where she studied Anatomy, Kinesiology, Biomechanics and Psychology.
Jennifer’s experience includes Executive Personal training, Yoga Instruction, Suspension Training, Zumba, Group fitness and Bootcamp instruction. Jennifer also delivers running workshops and mobility seminars.
As a consummate fitness and wellness professional with a multitude of certifications, awards and achievements, Jennifer is one of the most sought after executive personal trainers in the City of Toronto and has the right mix of knowledge, education and experience to empower clients and corporations to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
