I have been in the fitness world for over 30 years with experience ranging from group fitness classes in aquatics, boxing, step, latin dancing, bosu, and even the slide (if you remember). I specialize now in spin,pilates/yoga and thai massage. I have designed programs for all ages and levels. I enjoy what i do and it shows. I own my own personal training pilates and nutrition studio where i motivate in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. I still enjoy teaching a few group classes a week in spin. I have a full schedule with over 41 hours of training private one on one. I am pending confirmation in regards to pilates with ACE for CEC provider.
