I'm originally from New Jersey where I grew up and trained for 2 years in a boxing gym, that is how my passion for sports started. I moved to Nantucket Island and took a "Heavy Bag" class that inspired me to get back into trainning, after a year of taking certifications I currenly teach 6 classes a week of different worout styles.
