I have a true passion for fitness.   I love an intense challenge.  I am your perfect instructor.   I have been working out my entire life.  I have been a group fitness instructor for many years.  I know I will be an asset to your team.

I hold an AFAA Group Certification.  I am Keiser certified, Course Number 2010057B.  I have taken classes while working as an instructor at LA Fitness in body works, boot camo, and aerobics.
