Liz Connolly

Liz currently resides in Lafayette, CO with her husband and two children.  In her free time she enjoys dance, swimming, hiking and travelling.  Liz takes great pride in her ability to get people motivated, therefore, designing her workouts to inspire everyone to achieve maximum results through her creative choreography.  Liz’s classes are an entertaining, up-tempo way to stay in shape while still having fun.
