I love leading an active life and in doing so, I've sustained many injuries over the years. There is daily stress in my day job as an IT professional that I face at any given moment. I wanted to heal, learn to how to deal with daily stresses and continue to be active. Yoga keeps me balanced, physically, spiritually, mentally.
Originally, I seeked yoga to heal, physically. The healing went much further, deeper into the core of who I am and who I am becoming. I love to help guide others to their healing.
I am a RYT, certified Yoga Sports Performance teacher and am currently enrolled in the HEY (Healing Emphasis Yoga) program to become a certified Yoga Therapist.
