Debra Abeyta

I was employed by Deere and Co. (various positions) for 30 years and retired at age 56.  I immediately acquired my Yogafit certification and began teaching yoga classes in Ankeny, where I live.

Many of the participants in the classes are in the "over 50" age group and I feel I can relate and inspire this geographic age group to strive for better health.
