Stephanie Sarro is an Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with backround as Health and Fitness Director with more than 25 years experience planning, developing and implementing fitness, exercise and wellness programs. Stephanie has worked closely with physicians as an exercise physiologist and has designed exercise programs for individuals of all ages and levels of fitness. She is experienced with elite athletes and individuals needing post-rehabilitation. Stephanie is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise. Stephanie is also a STOTT PILATES Fully Certified Instructor on all pieces of equiptment including mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels. She is also a ZEN*GA Qualiied Instructor for mat and apparatus. Stephanie is trained in Injuries and Special Populations thru Northeast Pilates and specializes in designing programs for conditions such as spinal stenosis, osterporosis, scoliosis, mechanical low back pain, hip and knee replacements and neck weakness. Additional, Stehanie is trained in cardiovascular fitness, strength conditioning and water therapy/fitness. Stephanie specializes in Pilates/Barre/Yoga Fusion group classes to include all the benefits of strengthening the core while creating long, lean sculpted muscles.
