Elizabeth Penny

My name is Elizabeth Penny. I am married with two girls and four dogs. Work at WakeMed rehab Hospital full time since 1995. I have a passion for helping people. I specialize in spinal cord injury diagnosis and work with a variety of diagnosis. Ages from four years old to 100. Great interpersonal skills and creating a connection with others. I have a service dog I bring to work to demonstrate the benefits of a service dog and to incorporate in sessions. I found my love for yoga a few years ago and decided to learn more about it so I chose Yogafit for my trainings. I am currently working towards my 500 hours then to 1000 hours to be a yoga therapist. It is a journey that I have discovered so many amazing and wonderful things about myself and ways to share this with others. I have been teaching for a few years now trying I develop a private practice.
