Rebecca Handy

Mother of 2, background in HR Management but decided I needed a career change.  I enjoyed going to the gym & decided I should have a job doing what I love! I obtained my Group Fitness Certification in 2009 and began teaching a bootcamp class.  After starting at the YMCA in Feb 2013 I had the opportunity to become certified in a few exciting classes and love teaching to large and small groups.  I also became a certified Personal Trainer in March 2013 and enjoy helping others make positive changes.
