I have a varied background, having started out as an aerospace engineer, but with a passion for health and fitness I became a personal trainer 10 years ago. Working part-time for clients in their homes, I created programs and helped women achieve their weight, health, and fitness goals. In 2012 I created my own company, Momentum Fitness Solutions, and now teach and coach full time. I also maintain a blog and a website that keep my clients up informed and challenged with new ideas and information. It's an exciting career and I'm proud of being part of this great industry.
