Michael Herold

My name is Michael Herold. I am from Columbus Ohio. I am a spinning, cycling instructor at The Lifetime Fitness in Columbus and Dublin. I have been teaching 6 days a week for the last 12 years. I am a very out going person with a lot of energy and excitement and a very people oriented person. I love helping people which is where I get my constant energy. I love anything outdoors including the beach and ocean atmosphere's. I have a motorcycle which I ride in my spare time. I love to ride my road bike in the summer and ski in the winter.
