I actually didn't aspire to the fitness industry my whole life. It was just after my own weight loss journey (losing 70 lbs), getting healthy, that I realized there had be more people like me. That brought me to the fitness industry with a heart for the person who want to improve their health, improve their lifestyle and learn how to move well.
I teach 6 classes a week with 4 different styles. These classes are; a basic cherography step class with lots of additional toning, an intermediate fusion class of sculpting and cardio, a functional senior fitness class and a mind/body class.
I utilize basic equipment in all my classes such as 1-5 lb weights, tubing, bands, mats, yoga blocks, and body weight training. For my personal training I specialize in using portable equipment, body weight training and cardio equipment such as treadmills. For boot camps I specialize in using body weight training. This simple approach to training modalities keeps me very creative and no two workouts are the same.
I love what I do! It is a privilege for me to have the opportunity to impact someone else mind, body and spirit. Improving their health, improving their lifestyle and teaching them how to move well.
