I have been in the fitness industry and been a group exercise instructor for the past 10 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I enjoy teaching a veriety of different class formats to include zumba, yoga, pilates, core (abs and back) conditioning, indoor cycle and strength training. Living in the culturally diverse area of greater Washington D.C., I teach to a very diverse population at different area gyms. I teach to all fitness levels and model my classes to show low impact, medium intensity and high impact options in every class. Students are able to choose what is best for their particular fitness level while enjoying the benefits of great music and enthusiastic instruction in a group setting. I have a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
