Hello my name is Rod Kelly. I am  and have been a successful personal trainer for 12 years now. I have my own business called

RODSBODS. I maintain 31 clients which whom most have been with me for several years. I am a very self motivated person with a 

positive attitude and appreciation for life. I am a cancer survivor for which I beleive I survived due to my good health and positive

attitude. Before becoming a full time trainer I worked in finance. I was surving the cancer that convinced me to become a full time 

personal tainer. Because that is my true passion.
