I live and work in Asheville, NC, where I enjoy all the many outdoor recreation opportunities. A former mountain bike racer, I moved to the area to lead bike trips for kids. Now I work in various fitness facilities, leading Pilates, Studio Cycling, Abs, Stability Ball and Muscle Pump classes.
