As term manager of a small recreation team, I was in charge of revitalizing the existing recreation and fitness programs as well as the development and initiation of new programs. I recruited and trained staff and volunteers and assisted the recreation team to deliver the best possible service to the residents. I reviewed and revitalized the operations budget and communicated all outcomes to the board of residents and the owners.
