I am a fitness enthusiast (or freak)!! It is my passion!! I decided in grade 2 that I wanted to become a Physical Education Teacher. I love my profession. I have been teaching Kindergarten through grade 9 Physical Education since 1989. I have also worked as as Exercise Physiologist under the direct supervision of a doctor, with Kidney Dialysis patients. I have taught aerobics, both step and traditional floor aerobics. I presently run and train clients for my own Personal Training company. I recently certified as a ZENGA instructor and a CORE instructor through Merrithew Health and Fitness.
I am very active and love lifting weights, doing step aerobics, kick-boxing, play volleyball, play beach volleyball, run and golf about 70 rounds per year. I have played a lot of tennis and table tennis competitively, as well as baseball.
I also love to eat healthy, shop and travel!!! In my near future I want to travel a lot, so I am very interested in the idea of travelling and teaching. I ALWAYS work out when I am on a vacation!! It is part of the whole experience for me.
