I began my fitness journey nearly 20 years ago by exercising, eating nutritious, and leading a healthy lifestyle. After losing 85 pounds in 13 months, I become certified in Spin and began teaching at several clubs. I have currently been at the YMCA for over 17 years now. I currently teach Spin 5 or more times a week, Les Mills Sprint, Les Mills RPM, Les Mills Body Pump, Senior Fitness, and Personal Training.

I have been with my husband for over 20 years and have a beautiful daughter. In my spare time, I enjoy running, cooking, baking, yoga, putting the perfect routines together for my classes.
