Joseph Silvestro

I have been around fitness my whole life ( biking, running, weight lifting, scuba diving, Yoga, Aerobics ) and in 1998 I kept missing classes because they would fill up before I got there, so the aerobic director at the YMCA told me I should get certified and I wouldnt miss any more classes, so I did and worked at the YMCA for just a membership until I moved to Kansas City in 1998.

I grew up in Sonoma California moving to the midwest in the late 1980's, working in construction my whole life following in my fathers footsteps I have always worked out keeping myself in good physical condition.

My daughter is 22 and on her own finishing college and my girl friend and I love to travel, this opportunity sounded awesome, especially getting to work out vacation.

My classes are very high energy, I choreograph my own music, mixing anything from techno to old school, I get people excited and have fun..that's what it's all about.
