I am a Microbiologist, MT(ASCP) currently employed by St. Lukes Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ. I have been employed at this facility for the past 9 years.
I have been a fitness enthusiast for my entire life including sports and cheerleading in High School; swimming, running and strength/cardio training throughout college; and gym memberships including strength training and classes after college. I recently became certified as a Spin Instructor because my love of this particular activity brought me to the point that I wanted to share it with everyone! I am high energy and strive to motivate each and every class I teach while getting a superb workout and having a great time! I believe that variety is the key to staying fit and indoor cycling is an easy, fun way to achieve your cardio needs.
When not working or working out, I enjoy boating, waterskiiing, snow skiing, power walking, SUP, reading, gardening and traveling.
I am also and Advocare distributor/advisor and very focused on nutrition and proper supplementation.
I am on a constant journey to improve myself and my fitness level and hope to motivate and inspire others to do the same.
