I was introduced to yoga in 1998 and became certified in 2000. Since then I have been teaching a bi weekly small group in a studio at my home. Class sizes range from 5 to 15 people. I estimate I have taught over 1250 yoga classes. I have taught both one hour and 90- minutes classes. My style is Vinyasa Flow with a strong emphasis on core and alignment. I teach both men and women. I also volunteer in the community teaching classes to kids and teens. I have worked with my own three children and have taught classes to families.
Class style - athletic, strong vinyasa style flow with abs. I like to teach to great music - both contemporary, classic, rock and new age. My style is easily adaptable to new students.
