I have been involved in athletics my whole life. I was a swimmer for sixteen years and was involved in many other sports. I became interested in group fitness seven years ago when I was a college freshman. Prior to this I had never taken any group fitness classes. After I tried it for the first time I was really interested and have been going ever since. I really enjoy teaching and I think it is a very rewarding job. Three years ago I got certified to be a personal trainer and have been training ever since. I have experience teaching muscle, cycle, treadmill, water, bootcamp. I love using different training styles incorporating dumbbells, bars, medicine balls, stability balls, bands, benchs, TRX, cable machines and plates.
