Mat Life Yoga is an adventurous process of self-discovery in which faith and curiosity rule vs. fear and status quo. As a yoga explorer, I regularly attend workshops and advanced teacher training with a variety of teachers. I find inspiration in many styles to include Ashtanga and Iyengar. I believe my dedication to my personal, professional, and playful growth is key to my clients’ yoga and fitness journey.
Prior to living a yogic lifestyle I spent 30 years in the US Army. I understand the need to find balance in everyday life. I take my experience in the stressful life of a Soldier and help my clients find peace in the everyday rat race. I recognize every client is in a different place – in their bodies, lives and hearts. I observe, listen, and challenge “all-levels” of yoga students to discover a healthier way of moving, thinking and being. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced yogi, you’re guaranteed to sweat, breathe and glow after a practice with me.
