I first became interested in Pilates as a rumored remedy for my chronic neck and back pain. After a few short months of Pilates, my pain had subsided to a level which I hadn’t seen in years. Not only did I see the benefits in my body and its renewed ability, but I found myself captivated by the benefits to the mind that the time at the studio brought me. Looking for an alternative to my position in the Corporate World, I jumped at the opportunity to become a Certified Pilates Instructor.
I completed her training through the Pilates Institute of America for both mat and apparatus and obtained my pilates certification through PMA (Pilates Method Alliance), and am also a certified PILOXING instructor. I have truly found my passion in teaching others the life-changing benefits of Pilates.
I currently own and operate a successful home studio. I am also employed by Club Pilates since January 2018 and became the Lead Instructor since August, 2018.
