I write my own workouts and always have. I am great at group workouts. My class sizes range from 5-25 people. I have been able to get people in shape with little to no equipment and have also been able to make my workouts fun and challenging. I also own an operate my own gym. I know how to handle big groups and understand what it takes to be professional. I am a humble trainer and feel that I am very laid back. I think that I am fun and my workouts can all be modified so that if you need to work with an older crowd or younger crowd it all works.
I am terrible at writing about me. I always tell my clients its about them. I guess in this section I would just say, if you need to know more...please ask. I am great at talking but not so good and bragging myself up. I know I can handle any group and feel like I have just about worked with every type of person and personality. I seem to always make it work!
