I have been teaching Small and large group fitness classes, yoga, Pilates, and strength training for over 20 years. I am also certified and teach in the areas of Functional and Tacticle Fitness, Group Fitness, Group Centergy, and PIYO (Pilates/Yoga Combo class). My passion for health and fitness has continued to grow throughout the years and it has been become a desire to put all of my energy into sharing my love for fitness with others. I would like to continue my journey and help all participants find their strength and push through their challenges in the gym and in their daily lives. Strong is beautiful!
