- Henry Quiles
Is an accomplished athlete who played professional baseball for 10 years with the Detroit Tigers and Colorado Rockies. An elbow injury caused him to spend three years in rehabilitation and therapy. This experience, which ultimately ended his baseball career, inspired Henry to turn his talents to the health and wellness industry to help others realize their athletic potential while avoiding injury. Henry holds a degree in Exercise Physiology as well as different certifications from NASM, ISSA, and ACE.
Henry specializes in Performance Enhancement & Corrective Exercise. He also enjoys working with people of all walks of life who want to make health and wellness part of their daily life. On his free time you can find Henry playing baseball, soccer, and being a dad with his son Grant. He also likes cheering for his stepdaughter Brianna at any of her athletic activities at The Lovett School. Henry stays active by cycling, running, playing tennis, and anything else that challenges his athletic abilities.
