My name is Krystal, I currectly live in Charlotte NC. I have been teaching group fitness classes for 6 years now and love every calss more and more. I started in the San Francisco Bay area at 24 hour fitness then was transfered with my job to NC and now teach at the YMCA's here and a few private gyms. I am AFAA group fitness certified.
