Ashlee Kizer

My name is Ashlee Kizer and I am a 27 year old wife and mother of 4 year old twins. I work as a Director of Children's Ministries at Cherokee United Methodist Church and also coach CrossFit at CrossFit Stacked in Johnson City, TN. 

I have been very active over the last ten years. Betweeen running two half marathons, being a cardio junkie and now CrossFit athlete and trainer fitness is a very big part of my life.
