I'm an Internationally Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, social worker and co-vlogger at http://fitfortwo.tv - a resource “dedicated to health” where you’ll find delicious plant-based recipes, wellness tips, and motivational DIY workouts. I advocate a balanced approach to well-being that includes nurturing the body, mind and spirit for maximum results. My mission is to inspire and empower others to live healthy and happy lives.

My life wasn’t always balanced and happy. In 2005, a health crisis set me on the path of natural healing. I began to make first-time life changes by committing to healthy eating and fitness. In 2011, a spiritual crisis set me on the path for deeper answers…later that year I was invited to attend a local Kundalini Yoga class. It wasn’t until I stepped on the yoga mat that I truly found my self. The answers I had been searching for were already within. Shortly after, I devoted myself to a daily practice of Kundalini Yoga. It blossomed from a hobby to a way of life that has transformed and elevated my emotionally, physically, spiritually and energetically.
 
I completed Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 where I experienced yet another surprising and heartfelt calling: to guide others in their journey of happiness, healing, self-discovery and transformation through this sacred practice.
 
I continue to deepen my commitment to yoga through personal practice, wide ranging workshops and Level 2 teacher trainings. In addition, I remain deeply grateful to all teachers and students alike who continue to inspire my journey. I look forward to sharing the sacred teaching of Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) abroad :)
