Beth Gonzales

My motivation and passion for teaching comes from my love to educate, motivate and inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle. As an instructor my positive energy and enthusiam encourage people to have fun and a can do attitude. I hold both basic and progressive classes, to accomodate the different levels of of experience amoung the class participants. My classes are designed to be fun and and everyone that participates alway comes in and leaves with a smile.
