Kristen Sheridan

I have been a fitness enthusiast and dancer all of my life.  I started dancing at the age of three and now have been teaching dance for almost 20 years.  I studied and danced at the University of Wisconsin and then danced professionally in the AFL and NBA.  I have a love of dance that has recently transferred over into the group fitness world.  I have always been interested in fitness and have trained and taken many group exercise classes.  In 2013, I decided that I wanted to fulfill my dream of also becoming a group fitness instructor.  My first certification was in PILOXING, a non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits!  I LOVE teaching PILOXING especially to individuals that have never taken it before.  It is an amazing feeling to watch them complete the class with a sheer joy and sense of accomplishment.  It is an awesome full body interval workout that people love!  I also teach Barre, Abs Class, Pure Strength & Sculpting, and Stretching class.  I became an AFAA certified group exercise instructor in February 2014.  It is my goal to help people to get fit, but most importantly to have fun while they are doing it.  I want people to laugh and sweat all in one class and then feel great about themselves afterwards.
