I became fascinated with yoga while pregnant with my first son 9 years ago. I immediately feel in love with the ability to connect with mind, body, and spirit. After my son was born, I made it a priority to continue my practice. Yoga became an integral part of my life. That time on the mat creates a much needed balance in my life. After years of being the student, I felt the time was right to begin my journey as teacher. My style of teaching is varied. I show many modifications yet allow for each student to grow and expand to their ability. It is my intention to give each student a space to develop their awareness and heal while moving the body and using the breath.
