Sam Mason

I am a fitness enthusiast from Green Bay, WI. The flame of excitement surrounding fitness was fanned when I studied abroad in Australia's Gold Coast and experienced their pervasive work to live (not live to work) ideology. I played sports growing up and continued to play football throughout college at SNC. This past summer I was selected as a recipient of an internship position at Fitness Quest 10 and had the priviledge of studying under two ACE Personal Trainers of the Year: Todd Durkin & Brett Klika. Having lived in the incredible fitness friendly cultures of both California and the Gold Coast of Australia, my business partners and I decided to bring back the fitness enthusiasm to Green Bay. We established EPIC lifestyle, LLC. and have been impacting lives ever since! I love being able to share my knowledge with the world and help others reach their goals and have a blast in doing so!
